Forum Plugin for my website

If you notice in the menu at the top of each page there is a “forum” link. You can create a forum just like the one you see when you visit that link. These are also known as “plugins”.
A plugin adds functionality to your WordPress website blog. There are thousands of plugins to create virtually any feature you can dream of. These plugins are easily installed in your administration panel that controls all of the features WordPress has to offer.
The style of your blog is up to you, this page is just one example of how a WordPress website can look. There are many different “themes” to choose from that can jazz your site up. Pre-made themes you can choose from based on your interests like horses, basebal, hockey, football and more.
A basic site like this will get you started and you will be blogging like a pro in no time WordPress is that easy.

Test post in new category

The “Test post in new category” is the title of this post.
If you look to the right you will see it is also listed as a recent post as well as listed under the categories there is “My Posts”. What you are reading here is one of the blogs “posts”.
“First Post” is the name of the category.
So, to break it down, you can create a category called “First Post” then you create a blog title called “Test post in new category” and then you write a “post”.
All of this text you just read is the post. It’s really that simple!
You have an “admin” panel in WordPress which is where you can create these categories and create blog titles and posts just like this. You can also install “plug-ins” that will allow you to change the way your blog looks (themes) and other aspects of your blog like adding Google adsense in your posts so you can make money doing what you love, writing!
Please read my other posts if you need help installing your blog. If you use the links to the right under “Blogroll” you will find the cheapest way to register a domain name (under $8.00) and the cheapest hosting (starting at about $4.00) to get you started.
